Ministry Skills

The following checklist highlights the ministry skills and experiences a CMIT pastoral supervisor will pass on to the interns. Many of these can be subjects of formal conversation. Most of these will be hands-on ministry opportunities that the pastoral supervisor can delegate, supervise, and follow-up with verbal feedback. The pastoral supervisor is free to determine the regularity of meetings with the interns and the schedule of discussion topics.

You may select from the skills noted immediately below to move more quickly to a specific area.

*Indicates a ministry skill that will also be a topic of a Critical Campus Ministry Issue [CCMI] or in their mentoring one-on-ones. You may want to see how the instructor / mentor is going to approach this topic. However, redundancy is not a problem. In fact, the repetition is beneficial for the CMIT.
